Do you charge a commission on hires?
No. Ever. The post fee is the only thing you pay. Whether you hire one candidate or twenty from a single listing, we don't take a cent on the hire.
How long does a paid listing run?
Verified and Featured posts run for 30 days from the day they go live. You can repost or extend any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards through Stripe. Invoicing is available on the DSO Unlimited plan.
Can I edit a listing after it's posted?
Yes — you can update the title, description, pay range, and other details any time during the active 30-day window.
What's the listing guarantee?
If your listing doesn't pass review and publish on HireTooth within 2 business days of payment, we refund you in full. We can't guarantee applications or hires — those depend on the role, location, and market — but we guarantee you'll get a published, verified listing for what you paid.
Do you offer refunds outside the listing guarantee?
If something genuinely went wrong on our end — a technical issue, a billing error, a listing pulled by us in error — we'll refund or re-run your post. Reach out and we'll work with you to make it right.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes. Refer another practice and you'll both receive a $25 credit when they post their first job. There's no limit — refer five practices, that's $125 in credits for your next posting. Email hello@hiretooth.com with your referral's practice name and we'll apply the credit.
